Scrap Tyre Eradication with Advanced Oxidation

Ultra high concentration of ozone generated by Advanced Ozone Technology penetrates through the micro cracks of the used tire and disrupts the sulfur chains (devulcanization). This results in more and more cracks, where even larger amounts of ozone can penetrate in. The demolition process thus accelerates exponentially.

Result: Separated Basic Parts

As a result of the dynamic ozone rubber eradication, it is easy to remove the metallic wire and textile material from the sulfur chain free (devulcanized) rubber crumb. The clean and pure rubber crumb can be used as raw material in tire manufacturing.

Recyling: business and environmental protection

Thanks to the new Re-Tyre technology, used tire sites that are large mass heavily polluting and hazardous waste categories can be eliminated, while the manufacturing industry gets enormous amount and low-cost raw material.
